Most items are the same price in our stores, catalog, or online store. Occasionally sales or promotions will be run exclusively for a store, catalog, or online store only. KLINGSPOR'S Woodworking Shop reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

Shipping and Handling Rates:

FAST SHIPPING & DELIVERY - We're proud to offer a flat rate shipping & handling charge within the continental United States. The $7.99 flat rate shipping charge can be selected on orders with item(s) that do not exceed the standard parcel shipping size and weight limits pre-determined by us and our carriers. When this option is selected, your order will be shipped via a carrier of our choice decided at the time of fulfilling your order.


*VERY IMPORTANT* – Many orders that are 9lbs or less will ship SUREPOST – UPS to US Postal Service, then be delivered to your ship to address via the USPS. PLEASE confirm whether your ship to address can accept postal deliveries. If not, then select UPS or FEDEX only for your shipping method.


If you require or prefer UPS or FedEx, we have, as an option, a flat rate charge of $10.99 for UPS or FedEx ground shipping provided the item(s) ordered does not exceed the standard size and weight limits of UPS or FedEx. For items that exceed these limits an additional shipping and handling charge will be applied to the order. All other shipping methods will be calculated based on the size, weight and the shipping guidelines of the carrier selected. Expedited shipping such as Next Day, Second Day, or Three Day deliveries will typically be shipped the same day provided the order is received before 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and it is during a normal business day, excluding holidays. Hawaii and Alaska standard shipments go USPS Priority or Parcel Post and is calculated based on the shipper's guidelines. For international orders, we offer several options that will appear when applicable. If an incorrect shipping method is selected or insufficient shipping and handling charges are applied to an international order the customer will be contacted to authorize payment for the appropriate charges. Online Privacy:

We take your online privacy seriously. Our website checkout is encrypted. Any information we collect from you during the checkout process is used solely to process your order. You have the option to opt-out of catalog mailings or email promotions during the checkout process. We ask for your telephone number only to have a means of contact regarding your order if an issue arises.

This website uses the Google Analytics tool to help analyze shopping patterns and promotional effectiveness on this site. The tool uses a commonly used method called "cookies" to collect site movement information used to analyze which pages was visited on the site. This information is solely used by Klingspor's Woodworking Shop for traffic analytic purposes only.

Returning Products:

Contained in your order will be a packing slip invoice and on the back of that invoice, there are instructions for returning products. If you no longer have your invoice, download the form for returning products.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via our online, mail-in, phone-in, faxed, or retail store transactions. We accept checks or money orders for both mail-in orders and store transactions. We do not accept CODs. For security reasons we only accept gift certificates by phone at 800-228-0000 or at one of our North Carolina retail locations during normal business hours.

Sales Tax:

Because we have retail locations in North Carolina, if you reside in North Carolina, you will have to pay sales tax on your purchases with us. Sales tax is calculated on the total including shipping and handling if that applies. If you reside outside of the state of North Carolina, you are not required to pay sales tax.

Accounts & Passwords:

You do not need a password to shop online with us. You can setup a username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request we email it to you. By setting up a username and password, you have the convenience of your address and phone being pre-filled during the first checkout phase. Without a username and password, you would manually fill that information in. You can also edit and update your account information.
