First of all, we want to thank each of you for your business and continued support during what one could say was the craziest year ever. Not only did we experience growing pains in 2020 but we also had begun an extensive upgrade of our ERP system, including a new webstore, and new retail software completely in the middle of this terrible pandemic. Well, we fell a little short of our goals on the timeline but when this journey started, no one could have predicted such a turbulent time with every aspect of business, not only here in the USA but across the globe.
Proudly, our Klingspor's Woodworking Shop team hammered through these changes with the same eagerness and enthusiasm as we do every order we receive and we are promising that this will never change.
So, we wanted to announce to you that we are down to the last few days of this major change in our company. We unfortunately are finding that you may experience longer shipping times (3-4 days turnaround time vs 1-2 days) and slower order processing (few minutes slower on customer service issues) than you have grown accustomed to from Klingspor's Woodworking Shop. We could list many excuses but we felt it best to be honest and just tell you the why. We are working diligently behind the scenes to get all systems in line with each other and as our team gets more proficient, we will provide even better shipping and delivery times and get back to the superior service you have typically experienced with our company.
