Carving Gouge #7 Sweep, 1/2"

.50 7SG, 1/2" #7 sweep gouge, 3" handle.

These and gouges are made of the finest O1 tool steel with wood handles made of oak because of the feel of the wood. All of the regular knife blades are glued and riveted in three places for extra holding power while the smallest detail knives are mounted in the handle with epoxy. The back edge of the knife blade has been rounded to allow for ease of cutting through the wood. The knives and gouges come sharpened and ready to carve.
