Leather Sleeve 2"(D) x 1-1/2"(L)

There is a new economical way to achieve razor sharp, polished edges on all your cutting tools. Whether you have pocket knives, turning tools, wood chisels or axe heads, the Surgi-Sharp System can make them cut like never before. All Surgi-Sharp materials are made of high quality leather that will hone your edges to a mirror finish. The sharpening process starts with ordinary sandpaper. After the sandpaper stage is completed, it's time for the leather belts or sleeve. The sleeve available is a 2"x 1 1/2" which will fit on any Type O sanding drum that size. The leather belts come in either 1" x 30" or 1"x 42". The first step is to apply a little honing compound to the leather. Apply the compound while the leather is not under power-this will help conserve the compound. Once the cutting edge is applied to the leather belt or sleeve, the tool will be done in minutes. If you own a belt sander or drill press, simply add the Surgi-Sharp line and you now have a very efficent sharpening center. There is no other way to get these results at such a low price.
