Description
The ideal machine for that delicate project: model building, toy making, and precision work. Cuts soft wood up to 1.2", hard wood up to .4", plastic (including PC cards) up to .16" and non-ferrous metals up to .08". Very stable ribbed die cast aluminum saw frame with 11.8" throat. Blade guide with integrated blower. Height adjustable head (3 positions).
Machined worktable of die-cast aluminum, 6.3" X 6.3". ABS plastic body with sliding panel for removal of saw dust. 110-120V motor (85W) for prolonged, low noise performance. Quiet, wear-resistant toothed belt drive running in a ball bearing assembly. Electronically controllable stroke rate from approx. 150-2,500/per min. Adjustable fence and and miter stop with scale.
