This heavy-duty planer combines exceptional performance with great value, equipped with standard features that are typically not found in other machines of its class. It features a powerful 5HP motor and a 20" planing capacity, making it capable of handling the most demanding tasks. The 5" dust port easily connects to any dust collector for efficient cleanup. 

The cutterhead is equipped with four high-speed steel knives that operate at 5,000 RPM, producing an impressive 20,000 cuts per minute. Additionally, the anti-kickback fingers and pressure bar are strategically positioned near the cutterhead to ensure a superior finish.

Designed for productivity, the solid cast iron base, table, and head provide the necessary stability. The 2-speed oil bath gearbox delivers full power to the feed rollers and allows for quick speed adjustments at 24 and 31 feet per minute (FPM). An included gear enables a 4-speed setting, allowing lower speeds of 16 and 20 FPM.

The corrugated infeed and fine-groove outfeed rollers ensure smooth feeding. The precision-ground and polished cast iron table is supported by four steel columns, providing ample support for larger workpieces. Additionally, heavy cast-iron extension wings ensure a flat, smooth cut.
