Crown, Hope Short 10" Quick Release Handle Kit W/ 3 Collated Heads

These new quick-release handles have been developed over several years to provide a better grip and feature self-ejecting heads. The collet is encapsulated within the head, allowing for easy blade loosening when you untwist it.

Handle sizes are as follows:

• Small handles: approximately 10 inches long
• Medium handles: approximately 14 inches long
• Large handles: approximately 20 inches long

All parts are CNC machined in the UK for accuracy, and the collets are made from Acetal, an extremely strong plastic that absorbs vibration and helps prevent loosening. Each handle comes with three different-sized heads:

• Small: 10 mm (Gold)
• Medium: 13.2 mm (Blue)
• Large: 16.2 mm (Red)

Extra bodies can be purchased separately. Compatibility for the collets is as follows:

• 10 mm collets are suitable for 3/8 inch spindles and 1/4 inch bowl gouges
• 2 mm collets are suitable for 1/2 inch spindle gouges, 3/8 inch bowl gouges, and any bar with a diameter from 12.5 mm to 13.2 mm
• 2 mm collets are suitable for 1/2 inch bowl gouges and bars with diameters ranging from 5/8 inch to 16 mm
