Olson PGT® Scroll Saw Blades outperform and outlast all other blades. Razor-sharp teeth cut faster and more accurately in both straight and radius cuts and provide a smooth, sand-free finish.
A specialized grinding process produces unique tooth geometry and widely spaced gullets that minimize burning and enable rapid chip removal. Reverse teeth cut on the upstroke and eliminate underside tearout.
Position the blade with reverse teeth in the bottom blade holder. 2-5 teeth should appear above the table surface to score the workpiece on the upstroke. Adjust feed pressure to prevent burning.
Blades are 5" long with plain ends.
