The 11-1/4" Klingspor Fusion Foam Discs provide innovative, flexible foam-backed sanding technology for improved contouring and finishing.

These hook-and-loop (Kling-On®) discs are made with Fusion Foam, Klingspor's eco-friendly, non-loading foam abrasive system. The aluminum oxide abrasive grain is embedded in a flexible foam structure. This unique design conforms to contours, edges, and irregular surfaces, ensuring even pressure distribution. As a result, it reduces the risk of scratches or uneven sanding on both flat and shaped workpieces.

Fusion Foam is typically available in smaller diameters, such as 5 inches and 6 inches, with various grit ranges per disc, including 120-150, 600-700, 800-1200, and finer options up to 2800-3500 grit equivalents. For larger projects, sizes like 11-1/4 inches are ideal for big orbital sanders, dual-action (DA) sanders, or drywall sanders. These larger discs are perfect for working on large tabletops, panels, cabinet doors, and furniture surfaces, as well as for production finishing, where flexibility and uniform results are essential.
