Color ranges from a yellow-golden brown to an orange-brown and sometimes has darker red streaks. The grain is opened, interlocked and sometimes wavy. Easy to work and takes a good finish.

Seems to be as light as cedar. Hopefully will turn as well. Looking forward to trying it. Thanks
