In this free demonstration, David will showcase the techniques he uses to create heart-shaped bowls.

Open Turning: 1 pm – 5 pm: $20 per Student 

Open turning will follow the demonstration. David will be on hand to assist with creating a heart-shaped bowl. All materials will be provided.

David Wyke Bio:

From an early age, David has had a passion for working with wood. Initially, he built furniture as a hobby, but everything changed when he turned his first bowl. He is dedicated to woodturning and strives to reveal the beauty that nature has provided by studying each piece of wood. His goal is to create forms that showcase the wood's unique grain, ultimately producing a piece of art that can be cherished and passed down through generations.
