Our Finishing Flapwheels provide a glass-smooth finish on most small parts, as well as on the internal or external surfaces of turned bowls. Whether you're working with flat, round, or slightly contoured shapes, you won't find a more delicate sanding tool. Each wheel features a combination of abrasive flaps and nonwoven nylon flaps, which are infused with fine grit. The nylon flaps not only add softness to the wheel but also make it less aggressive during use.

Please note that these flapwheels are intended for finishing purposes only, and each grit will feel finer than its actual rating. For example, a 100-grit wheel will behave like a 150 or 180-grit wheel.

Each flapwheel is compatible with any 1/4" tool. Use these flapwheels whenever you require a perfectly smooth finish.
