Class Cancellation Policy

If you have signed up for one of Klingspor’s Woodworking Shop classes but find that you cannot attend, we understand that life can sometimes interfere with your plans. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. More than 14 Days Before Class: If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the start date of your class, you will receive a full refund, or you have the option to transfer to the next available class.

2. Between 7 and 14 Days Before Class: If you cancel less than 14 days but more than 7 days before your class start date, you will receive a full refund only if we can fill your spot. If a replacement cannot be found, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. We encourage you to transfer to the next available class.

3. Less than 7 Days Before Class: If you cancel within 7 days of your class start date, a refund will only be issued if we can find someone to take your spot.

4. No Show: If you fail to show up for your class, you will forfeit your tuition. Exceptions may be made for family emergencies, in which case you may choose to transfer to the next available class at the instructor's discretion.
