The POWERMATIC® 25" Wide Belt Sander is engineered for optimal performance in measurement and sanding, delivering a flawless finish every time. It features centralized controls that make it easy for users to access all necessary buttons from a single panel. 

With a variable speed feed belt, users can precisely adjust the feed speed to suit individual projects and work environments. The sander is equipped with a digital readout control that displays the exact thickness of the finished piece, allowing users to preset their desired thickness.

Additionally, the sander comes with an innovative measuring device called the auto thicknesser. This device captures the starting thickness of the wood, providing users with an accurate measurement.

The POWERMATIC® 25" Wide Belt Sander also incorporates an air-eye system that regulates the oscillation of the 25" x 75" sanding belt. This feature prevents the belt from running off the ends of the drums and ensures even use of the sanding surface, eliminating sanding lines on the workpiece.

For exceptional performance, the sander is powered by a robust three-motor system. The first motor delivers maximum horsepower to the drive drums; the second motor directly powers the variable-speed feed belt; and the third motor raises and lowers the feed table to the desired thickness automatically and effortlessly.

For safety, the WB-25 Sander is equipped with a disc brake that quickly slows the machine and stops it instantly in case of an emergency.
