The redesigned JET 2244 Oscillating Drum Sander features a unique oscillating function that helps you get a smooth finish with less dust. When in oscillating mode, the drum moves from side to side, which keeps the sanding belt cooler and helps prevent clogging and burning. The tool-less parallelism system makes adjustments easy, and you can set the worktable with a simple turn of the dial. The Sandsmart™ conveyor system checks the drum motor’s load to avoid overload. The dust hood’s mirrored design improves dust collection and keeps chips and dust away from your workpiece. The JET 2244 Oscillating Drum Sander is built to give you a smooth, easy finish every time.
