KLINGSPOR Full Kerf Saw Blades
KLINGSPOR's new blade line consists of value-priced, industrial-quality circular saw blades for cabinet shops, professional woodworkers and discerning hobbyists. Manufactured in Germany, these blades are laser cut from virgin steel, flattened, ground, tensioned and tipped with large, European-style carbide tips. These tips are ground for smooth, accurate cutting. Every step of the manufacturing process is computer-controlled and monitored by sophisticated inspection equipment assuring consistently "tight" tolerances and superior quality. KLINGSPOR blades will deliver excellent performance and outstanding value!
This special glue line blade shears the wood cleanly so there is no need to joint the stock prior to gluing. The precision triple-chip grind & extra-high hook angle allow aggressive feed rates, yet produce an extra-smooth cut finish. The thick plate and laser cut expansion slots minimize vibration. Use on table saws, sliding table saws, single and gang-rip operations.
WARNING: Not recommended for cutting non-ferrous alloys, plastic and melamine.

Glue Line rip blade
I have a jointer that I am accustomed to jointing edges with before gluing. No Need with this blade, no Jointing or sanding!!! Cut is that good ! Blade is with the cost since you save time on jointing edges and sanding. Blade if thick, so No Wobble !! Great joints!! Great blade!!
