Tips on how to use
Although the point of the flush cut saw is to cut off the dowel so that it is at level with its surrounding surface, placing a slightly thick piece of paper beneath the cutting area will make sure that the surrounding surface does not get damaged. This can be done by creating a hole slightly larger than the diameter of the dowel in the paper, such as business cards, and sawing from top of it. When using a dowel, you can use glue to put it into place, but once it is placed properly, make sure to remove the excess glue with a small wet paintbrush, because once it gets dry, it is not only hard to remove, but also may interfere with the cutting process.
