You can pour TotalBoat High-Performance Epoxy Resin and Non-Blushing Hardeners and measure them by weight or volume. For exact measuring, use TotalBoat 2:1 Epoxy Pumps, which are designed to fit only TotalBoat resin and hardener containers. They will not fit other brands’ containers.

WHICH TOTALBOAT HIGH-PERFORMANCE HARDENER DO I NEED FOR MY PROJECT?

High Performance Fast Hardener: Choose this option if you want the quickest cure and shortest working time at room temperature, or if you need an overnight cure in cooler conditions (at least 55°F).

High Performance Medium Hardener: This is a good choice for most projects, or if you want an overnight cure at room temperature (77°F).

High Performance Slow Hardener: Pick this if you need more time to work at room temperature or in warmer conditions. If you are new to epoxy resin, the slow hardener gives you extra working time, which can make things easier.

You can also mix different hardeners to adjust the pot life and cure time to fit your needs. Always keep the mix at 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener by volume.

APPLICATION DATA

• Application Temperature/RH: Minimum of 55°F, relative humidity 0-90%
• Recommended Temperature for Dispensing by Pump: 60-70°F
• You can apply it with a brush, roller, or syringe. It can also be poured and spread using an epoxy spreader.
• Pot Life @ 77°F: 25 minutes
• Tack-Free Time @ 77°F: 3 hours
• Full Cure @ 77°F: 3.5 days
• Safety: Make sure to work in a well-ventilated area and wear safety glasses, protective clothing, and gloves.
