Description
TotalBoat High Performance Epoxy Resin Part A ONLY - Gallon
Get professional results with TotalBoat High-Performance Epoxy Resin. It's made for makers, woodworkers, and boatbuilders who want clarity, strength, and convenience. This clear, low-viscosity formula gives a glass-like finish that highlights wood grain and carbon fiber patterns. Its non-blushing technology means you don't need to wash between coats. The resin is flexible and tough, so it's great for projects that need both beauty and durability, like wooden boats, surfboards, and custom furniture. You can use any of our three hardener speeds with a simple 2:1 mix ratio to adjust your working and cure times.
Premium, easy-to-use, low-viscosity, clear epoxy resin system at an affordable price
TotalBoat High-Performance Epoxy Resin gives a moisture-resistant cure that is clearer and a bit more flexible than traditional 5:1 epoxy resin system. Its extra elasticity helps wooden boats, kiteboards, surfboards, cedar strip canoes, and kayaks flex during use or when the temperature and humidity change.
The simple 2:1 mix ratio, with 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener, makes it easy to get a perfect cure every time. Using the TotalBoat 2:1 Epoxy Pumps helps even more.
This versatile 2:1 system works for many projects. Use it unfilled for laminating, hand layups, coating, and vacuum bagging. You can also add TotalBoat fillers to make a strong adhesive, filleting material, or fairing compound. The packaging matches the TotalBoat High-Performance Hardener group sizes, so you won't have any waste.

CURES TO A HIGH-GLOSS, ULTRA-CLEAR FINISH — WITH NO BLUSH TO SCRUB OFF BETWEEN COATS
Its crystal-clear, smooth finish is great for clear-coating projects, like showing off the texture of carbon fiber fabrics or highlighting wood’s natural color, grain, and beauty. Since there is no amine blush, you don't need to wash between coats. You can apply the next coat knowing it will cure properly. HARDENER SPEEDS LET YOU ADJUST WORKING AND CURE TIMES TO SUIT CONDITIONS AND YOUR SCHEDULE
With our High-Performance Epoxy Resin, you can choose Fast, Medium, or Slow High-Performance Hardeners to adjust working time and cure time. If you want the fastest cure and shortest pot life, or if you are working in cooler temperatures, use the Fast Hardener. For most jobs, use the Medium Hardener. If you are working in warm conditions or need more working time, use the Slow Hardener. If you are new to epoxy resin, the longer working and cure time can be helpful.
For more control over working time and cure time, you can mix any of the three High-Performance hardeners. Just make sure to keep the correct 2:1 mix ratio by volume.
