Your projects can vary in size depending on your choice of wood or design, so why shouldn't your form be adjustable, too? The Universal Form Kit is an extension of our popular reusable HDPE epoxy resin forms, but this version can change shape! This is our latest design, featuring simplified operation and completely adjustable size configurations.

This Universal Form Kit includes: 

• (4) 23.5" Form side walls 2.5" tall - HDPE
• 5" x 23.5" x 1/2" Base - HDPE

The base can be purchased separately and is available in the Accessories section of our website.

This kit creates a sturdy form structure that can be adjusted to fit interior dimensions from 3 inches square to approximately 21 inches square, with 2.5-inch-tall side walls. Please note that all measurements refer to interior dimensions.

You can scale this kit to accommodate your specific workpiece within this size range. It is essential to set the kit to the correct dimensions on a flat, suitable sub-base for epoxy. To ensure leakproof containment, the base's side walls and gaps need to be sealed. This can be done with 100% silicone RTV caulking, which should be applied along the inside corners and then smoothed out with a pressing tool or your finger.

The Universal Form Kit will be sent unassembled, but can be easily assembled by interconnecting the ends into the mating slot ends to create a form shape that meets your needs.

This form does not include a leveling kit. It is recommended to place this form on a large, level work surface that can fully support its size and weight, along with its contents. Additionally, you should create a strong sealing connection between all base and side points to ensure even distribution and prevent leaks during pours.

Disclaimer:

Because HDPE has a slick surface, you may notice minor scuff marks during manufacturing. These marks can transfer to your resin but can be easily removed by planing or sanding when you work the blank down to its final thickness. Rest assured, these scuffs will not affect the quality of your final piece.
